The committee is responsible for the finances and the development and adoption of the policies of SF Wairarapa. They are the body responsible for making sure that the contracts held by SF Wairarapa are delivered according to the contractual obligations.
The committee can appoint sub committees and advisory panels, as well as co-opt other people. The committee is made up of members including a chairperson, secretary, treasurer and a number of special interest representatives. To become a member of SF Wairarapa an application form needs to be completed, accepted by the committee, and the annual subscription paid. Life memberships may be awarded and corporate membership is welcomed. An Annual General Meeting (AGM) is held towards the end of each calendar year.
